Mission’s June Hot Yoga Challenge

Hot. Hard. Worth it.

Mission’s June Hot Yoga Challenge is an invitation to build momentum, consistency and resilience through regular practice in the heat. This isn’t about pushing harder or doing more than your body can handle. It’s about showing up, again and again, and seeing what shifts when practice becomes a habit.

Whether you’re new to hot yoga or already practising regularly, this challenge is designed to meet you where you are.

Which classes count?

Any hot yoga class at Mission counts, including:

  • Hot 26&2
  • Hot Flow
  • Hot Yoga 1 / 2 / 3
  • Hot Hips
  • Hot Yin
  • Hot 4Beat
  • Hot Rocket
  • Warm Vinyasa

Mix them up or stick to one style. Some days you’ll want fire. Some days you’ll want softness. Both count.

Who It’s For

  • People who want a fresh start
  • Anyone looking to build healthier habits, more consistency
  • Beginners looking for structure and simplicity
  • Experienced practitioners wanting to deepen and strengthen their practice
  • Athletes seeking mobility, recovery, resilience and mental focus
  • People who sit at their desk all day, and need to move again

You do not need to practise every day. Rest days are part of the process. The goal is consistency over intensity — building a practice you can actually sustain.

Why Practise Hot Yoga for 30 Days?

Regular hot yoga practice can help:

• Build physical strength and mental resilience

• Improve mobility, circulation and focus

• Create discipline and routine

• Support recovery and nervous system regulation

• Increase awareness of breath, effort and rest

Many people experience the biggest changes after the second week. This challenge is designed to carry you through that moment

The Spirit of the Challenge

This is not about comparison, punishment, or forcing your body.

It’s about learning how to work with heat, breath, effort, and consistency over time.

Some days you will feel strong. Some days you will need to slow down. Listening, resting, and adapting are all part of the practice.

Come as you are. Practise at your own pace. Let consistency do the work.

The challenge is not to be perfect. The challenge is to keep returning.

Commit to 30 days.

See what changes.
