Mission Hot Yoga 30-Day Challenge

The Mission Hot Yoga 30-Day Challenge is an invitation to build momentum, consistency and resilience through regular practice in the heat. This isn’t about pushing harder or doing more than your body can handle. It’s about showing up, again and again, and seeing what shifts when practice becomes a habit.

 

Whether you’re new to hot yoga or already practising regularly, this challenge is designed to meet you where you are.

How the Challenge Works

The challenge runs over 30 consecutive days.

 

To complete it, you need to attend at least 12 hot yoga classes within that period:

 

• Any hot yoga class at Mission counts

• Hot Yoga 1, Hot Yoga 2, Hot Yoga 3, 26&2, Hot Vinyasa, Hot Yin, Hot Hips, 4Beat Hot

• You can practise more than 12 times, but 12 is the minimum to qualify

 

This challenge is about consistency, not perfection.

Which classes count?

Any hot yoga class at Mission counts, including:

 

  • Hot 26&2
  • Hot Flow
  • Hot Yoga 1 / 2 / 3
  • Hot Hips
  • Hot Yin
  • Hot 4Beat
  • Hot Rocket

 

Mix them up or stick to one style. Some days you’ll want fire. Some days you’ll want softness. Both count.

The Competition

Everyone who completes 12 or more hot classes within the 30 days will be entered into a prize draw.

 

Prizes:

• 1st place – One month of Knight Movement + membership

• 2nd place – £75 Mission credit
