Whether you want to build strength, improve flexibility, reduce anxiety or learn to balance upside down, we can help you. Perhaps you want to box? Or you are returning to practice after an injury? Maybe you want to learn to meditate and do the splits? (But not at the same time!)
Our Movement Coaches and Yoga Teachers can help you get there faster, providing the personal guidance, support and motivation to help you achieve your goals … and have fun at the same time.
Our knowledgable front of house staff at Mission will spend time talking to you, getting to understand what it is you want out of a one-to-one session and then pair you up with one of our Calisthenics, Movement or Yoga Teachers (who we are proud to say are the BEST in London.)
