4BEAT 50 / 100 / 150-hr Teacher Training

Train with 4BEAT founder Marcus Veda in the practice he created at Mission. Over three immersive six-day modules, you’ll explore the philosophy, methodology and teaching skills behind one of the most distinctive and fastest growing modern vinyasa systems.

Each 50-hour module that focuses on three different 4BEAT sequences can be taken independently and in any order, allowing you to build towards a 100-hour or full 150-hour qualification at your own pace.

Combining yoga, music, breath, neuroscience and contemporary movement science, this training is designed for qualified teachers and experienced practitioners who want to deepen both their practice and their teaching.
