Breathe to Heal: 3-day Immersion

This 15-hour immersion is an opportunity for transformation. Step into a space that is designed for you to safely dive deep within yourself, to heal any wounds life has left you with and to tend to scars of struggles you’ve overcome.

Course Content

This 15-hour immersion is designed for anyone experiencing stress, anxiety, overwhelm, or disconnection. It focuses on Max’s accessible breathing practices, breath-initiated movement, and guided self-inquiry to calm the nervous system, process emotions, and restore connection.

 

Divided over 3 days you’ll be presented with a balanced program of lecture, writing, breathing and movement. It’s suitable for all levels—no prior experience required.

 

The aim is for you to reconnect with yourself on a deep level, to reconcile with events in the past, to explore your direction in life and to learn techniques that will help you immediately to manage stress, anxiety and depression.

 

The added value to this in-person course is that besides the personal journey you’ll be on, experiencing this work as a group creates a supportive community. You are not alone.

 

Every participant will also receive Max’s Breathe to Heal Online Course (valued at $149, sold over 10,000 times). With 6.5 hours of guided practices and teachings, this online course allows you to continue your transformation from home, at your own pace

 

It includes:

Your Teacher

Max Strom

Max is a global speaker, trainer, and author known for inspiring and impacting the lives of people from all walks of life, teaching leadership, breathing patterns, emotional healing and personal transformation worldwide for more than 27 years.

 

His Breathe to Heal method is focused on alleviating anxiety, PTSD, and sleep disorders. It produces immediate results that are transformational to both the student and the people close to them. Max has given three TEDx Talks, his most recent one named “Breathe to Heal” reaching over 3 million views on YouTube and counting.

 

Max presents keynote addresses worldwide and he is the author of “There is No App for Happiness”, addressing the challenge of finding meaning in the digital age, and “A Life Worth Breathing,” published in five languages. This immersion is suitable for people from all levels of fitness and walks of life suffering from extreme stress. No previous experience necessary.
