Cali Kulture Three-Day Training
24th – 26th May 2024
£650

A three-day training for anyone who wishes to teach, or gain a better understanding of Calisthenics. Immerse yourself in a weekend learning the fundamentals of the sport from the key beginner movements and how to teach them, to building strength and developing the best technique.

Course Content

The Cali Kulture methodology has been refined over a period of 10 years and is renowned, respected and supported not only by the Calisthenics community but also the fitness industry as a whole.

We will look at the fundamentals of pull-ups, dips, push-ups and rows, working on both teaching techniques, as well as the intricacies of the movements themselves.

This one-of-a-kind training will increase your knowledge of fundamental Calisthenics movements, help you advance your own practice, and give you the confidence to programme, plan and roll out your own Calisthenics classes.

Prerequisites
There is no prerequisites for the course although prior knowledge of Calisthenics is recommended.

Learning Outcomes

Our Calisthenics Teacher Training curriculum is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to teach a beginners Calisthenics class.

You will learn from experienced Calisthenics professionals Jermaine and Lucy who will guide you through every aspect of a beginners Calisthenics class including:

  • The warm up and cool down methodology
  • The key movements, their mechanics and how to teach them
  • The accessories and drills to support those main movements
  • A general overview of class planning
  • Class management strategies
  • How to create a safe training environment to prevent injuries in your students
  • How to tailor your instruction to accommodate students of differing fitness levels

You will also gain practical experience through hands-on training sessions where you’ll practise teaching the movements themselves, and receive valuable feedback to refine your teaching abilities.
