Yes — we would love to show you around! Please email info@mission-e1.com to arrange a time and we will show you our facilities, studios, treatment rooms and restaurant. If it’s not a busy check-in time, we could do it on the spot!

So you noticed! Because we want to be accessible to everyone no matter their financial circumstances. Even before the cost of living crisis hit, we thought a lot about creating a pricing structure that was accessible to a broad range of people. We also thought about our teachers who in our opinion had long been undervalued for their service. So it wasn’t easy coming up with a model that not only paid our excellent teachers the best rates in London, but also left no student behind. We think we have done that with our tired pricing structure. Those who can afford the true cost of our services buy Knight Passes, those who find that a tricky stretch buy Sen Passes. And those for whom life is especially difficult right now buy Wesker Passes.

Please check in to class before you get changed or head into a studio. There are iPads all around reception — either at the front desk, or in the hands of our friendly staff who will roam about welcoming you to Mission and offering help wherever you need it. We also do spot checks in studios just in case you forgot.

If you are meeting friends at the restaurant on the 3rd floor, there’s no need to take off your shoes. Turn right at the Reception desk to use the elevator, or take the east stairs up to Café Mission. But if you are taking a class, we ask that you remove your shoes before you enter the changing room. Access the studios barefoot using the west stairs. Removing your shoes in a yoga and movement studio is a sign of respect and a nod to the traditions of the East. It’s also a ritual that marks the start of your practice.

While we rent our Mission-Liforme mats for £4 (this covers the cost of the careful hand cleaning we give every mat,) we recommend you bring your own. Mats are personal things and so we encourage ownership. Don’t worry though, you don’t have to lug your mat around town every time you practise — you can leave it at Mission in one of our purpose-built cubby holes in the changing rooms or the first floor hallway. We also sell super-sticky Mission-Liforme mats.

Yes! If you identify as a woman, please use the women’s gender inclusive changing room. If you identify as male, feel free to use the men’s gender inclusive changing room. If you don’t identify as either, you are welcome to use our gender neutral changing room.

Yes! There are 11 in the women’s gender inclusive changing room, 8 in the men’s gender inclusive changing room and 1 in the gender neutral changing room. We offer Bramley products, which are British-made, natural, cruelty-free and vegan-friendly. Bramley shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, body wash and lotion are offered in all showers and changing rooms. We have hairdryers, straighteners, cotton buds and elastics bands for hair. You have everything you need!

Nope. (Who has a pound coin these days anyway?) Our lockers are digital — key in 4 digits to lock your lockers, and the same 4 digits to unlock it. Simple.

We installed a lift when we renovated 7-9 Fashion Street and you can use this to access all floors including the restaurant where we have a DDA bathroom. Whilst our bathrooms are all wheelchair accessible, we unfortunately do not currently have a wheelchair accessible shower. Our website is also accessible so that people with disabilities can easily navigate it.

Yes! The best place to start as a beginner to yoga is in our foundation level classes, and to Calisthenics in our beginner level classes. We also have a 4-week beginners course on Friday nights. You are also welcome to join our mixed level yoga classes as our teachers are very experienced in offering options for all levels.

A lot! Iyengar yoga, rocket-inspired, pranayama, vinyasa, kundalini, ashtanga guided self-practice, yin, dharma, restorative, daoist flow, meditation and more. Please visit our classes page on the website for full descriptions.

Yes! Knight monthly pass holders can put their membership on hold for 30 days, twice a calendar year. Sen and Wesker monthly pass holders can put their membership on hold for 30 days, once per calendar year.

Holds can be requested by emailing info@mission-e1.com — please be sure to give 48 hours notice before the hold date starts. We’re sorry but hold dates cannot be backdated.

Medical holds can be requested with a doctor’s note, and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

If you cannot make class, please cancel at least 9 hours before the start of your class.

We have a £5 late cancellation/no-show charge that will be debited from your account if you are a monthly pass holder. Those on a 10-class, 5-class or drop-in unfortunately won’t have their credit returned.

We love dogs and don’t mind furry friends coming to say hello with their owners! Unfortunately, students cannot leave their dogs at reception while attending class.

We use Who Gives a Crap toilet paper, which is made from 100 percent renewable and sustainable bamboo.

You’ll have everything you need!

Our cleaning team uses eco-friendly cleaning products from Ecover and OceanSaver.

No I’m afraid we do not, we are a fully cashless studio.

Yes we do! We will hold onto all items we find for 1 month from the date they are found.
