27th – 29th March, 2026
£450

This training offers an immersive journey into Yin Yoga, suited to professionals and practitioners wishing to learn more about the Yin Yoga practice and its benefits.

Course Content

This training offers an immersive journey into Yin Yoga, suited to professionals and practitioners wishing to learn more about the Yin Yoga practice and its benefits. You will learn and investigate the world of functional anatomy and understand skeletal variation in your students while adapting postures safely. This training will also feature an in-depth look on meridians of the body rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine and their relationship to Yin Yoga, taught by guest teacher and TCM specialist Mina Lee.

The anatomy module of the course will involve a close look at the anatomy of the hip, and the lower body Yin postures. Live demonstrations showing our skeletal variations and distinguishing between tension and compression will allow your eyes to see an entirely new perspective of analysing the human body. You will then be able to adapt any posture to any practitioner.

We will also touch on music’s role in Yin Yoga and how the effect of music can shape the meditative experience of the practice. Whether used to create a certain atmosphere, or to connect with specific moods and intentions, music can be a subtle companion to meditation and yin yoga, supporting practitioners in finding presence and balance.

By the end of the training, you will not only have the tools to teach Yin Yoga with knowledge and authenticity but also a deeper appreciation for the interplay of body, mind, and energy in this transformative practice.
