How It Works

  • For every £2 you spend, you get 1 SWEAT POINT
  • 1 SWEAT POINT = 10p
  • Start redeeming when you earn 500 SWEAT POINTS
  • That’s 5% back across Mission
  • SWEAT POINTS are valid for 12 months

 

How to earn SWEAT POINTS:

Bonus SWEAT POINTS:

  • Refer a friend to a Knight Monthly Membership → £50 (500 SWEAT POINTS)
  • 1000 classes → £30 (300 SWEAT POINTS)
  • Attend 3 workshops in 3 months → £15 (150 SWEAT POINTS)
  • Complete a Hot Yoga Challenge → £20 (200 SWEAT POINTS)

How It's Tracked

Every 3 months, you’ll receive:

  • Total spend
  • SWEAT POINTS earned

Ts & Cs

  • SWEATPOINTS are available to Knight monthly members only
  • SWEATPOINTS are calculated and credited on a quarterly basis
  • SWEATPOINTS cannot be earned or redeemed against PT’s or Treatments
  • Café Mission transactions must be a minimum of £25 per transaction to earn or redeem SWEATPOINTS
  • If you give notice on your membership, any uncredited or unused SWEATPOINTS become ineligible immediately
  • Only spend made after your membership start date is eligible for SWEATPOINTS
  • SWEATPOINTS are credited to your account once you have accumulated a minimum of £50 in rewards
  • SWEATPOINTS must be redeemed while membership is active
  • SWEATPOINTS have no cash value and are non-transferable
