Hot Yoga

I first discovered yoga at 18 and practiced, mostly irregularly for years. I finally connected with a truly regular practice years later in New York. It was the heat that did it.

After a ten year Bikram practice in both New York and London, I moved over to Fierce Grace and completed my 200 hour teacher training in 2015. In my ten plus years as a teacher, I’ve also studied pregnancy yoga, Vinyasa sequencing and restorative yoga.

Qualifications:

  • 200 hours Yoga Alliance at Fierce Grace
  • 40 hours Injury Modification Yoga Alliance at Fierce Grace
  • 30 hours additional Yoga Alliance at Fierce Grace
  • 36 hours Pregnancy with Nadia Narain at Triyoga
  • 20 hours Sequencing with Bridget Woods Kramer at Mission
  • 33 hours Restorative Yoga with Anna Ashby at Mission
  • 26 hours Inferno Hot Pilates (upcoming)
