Calisthenics

I started my calisthenics journey at the age of 16 with his older brother in his garden on a frame made from scaffolding. I trained everyday training the fundamental movements, pull ups, dips, push ups, T bars and eventually muscle up, before moving on and adding weight. I first went gym at 17 and started training powerlifting movements (SBD) but never forgot calisthenics. I did this for the next 7 years and in 2024 decided to hone in on calisthenics and street-lifting, competing in BodyStrong Uk and Final Rep Street-Lifting competitions.
