Hot Yoga

I’ve always been passionate about movement and fitness, so my yoga journey has been an opportunity to understand and learn about the body from a whole new perspective. I started as an instructor with Fierce Grace in 2015, having completed the 200hr YTT with FG. Combining teaching with my travelling worldwide working for an international airline, I find teaching and practicing yoga literally maintains my healthy body and mind.

 

My approach in class is inclusive, down-to-earth and playful. Yoga classes can be intense, meditative, happy, frustrating, and anything in-between, and everybody is unique in terms of their body, who they are and what they’re working with; as such I aim to cultivate a welcoming & calm environment. I value a sense of humour when teaching – much of life shouldn’t be taken too seriously, and this most definitely includes your yoga practice. Like most things, yoga works best when you keep smiling.

Hot Yoga

Whether you’re a first timer or a yoga veteran, these powerful and accessible hot yoga classes have something for everyone. The sequences are always the same, and you can move as steadily or as far as you want with warrior flows, standing balancing poses, floor-based movement and breath work.
