From a young age, I have always been fascinated by the human body and how it moves. A scientist at heart, I love to explore and understand all the ways that individual people, with their own unique anatomy and structure, can interact with different forms of movement. Starting as a complete beginner, I quickly fell in love with calisthenics, and is now a competing streetlifting athlete.
In my classes, you can expect an uplifting, nurturing and fun approach to movement, with a strong focus on appreciating and celebrating what your body can do. I will encourage you to safely push past limiting beliefs, and will equip you with the knowledge and confidence to achieve your calisthenics goals. Having spent many years in the corporate world, I deeply relates to the struggles of maintaining a fitness routine alongside the demands of a hectic schedule. I am therefore an advocate of harnessing movement to nourish your mindset, building the resilience and confidence that will positively impact your well-being outside of the studio.
