Vinyasa + Hot Yoga

Vinyasa

Jan teaches a traditional vinyasa class that flows fluidly through a sequence of postures, linked by deep breath and smooth movement. You’ll start your practice with gentle stretches, muscle energy techniques, sun salutations and standing postures (including balance work!) before settling down to the floor for twists, forward bends and back bends. This all-round practice is gently brought to a close with calming postures that result in a deep sense of contentment and calm.

This class is taught with music.

Suitable for everyone, beginners and experienced alike as these classes allow an opportunity to address physical imbalances, find alignment and strengthen the body.  

Hot Yoga

In Jan’s hot classes, some postures are held for three to five breaths to give you the opportunity to engage specific muscle groups and embody the energy of the pose. You’ll leave this class feeling refreshed and serene with a sense of knowing yourself that much better.

This class is taught with music.

Qualifications

  • Specialism in Senior Fitness NASM (2021)
  • 200 hour  Level 3 Personal Training Diploma NASM (2021)
  • 40 hour Yin Yoga & Meditation Sarah Lo (2020) (2014).
  • 200 hour Hatha & Vinyasa TT, Jessica Stewart (2019)
