First you will learn how to create the necessary shapes and postures to perform movements like the pull up, the push up and the dip. Then, you will learn how to find a balance between push and pull, between tension and relaxation. All this will help you understand how your body can best move with strength and grace.
As you progress, Jermaine will encourage you to push through boundaries you never thought possible. In his more advanced classes you will learn to handstand, handstand push up, muscle up and squat.
