Rings + Mobility

As a former gymnast and now professional contemporary dancer, aerialist and acrobat, I have been freelancing with performing and teaching across dance, aerial skills and calisthenics since 2019. I always strives for a playful and encouraging experience. My classes are physically intense but with a detailed approach, to get people moving better. I am passionate about people training in a functional style to reach optimal performance and unlock skills – whilst having the most fun possible.

Class Descriptions

Rings

A scalable class designed to build your bodyweight strength, stability, mobility and coordination.

Experienced class will still build strength in your foundational movement patterns, but with a detailed focus on building the menchanics of your ring muscle ups, levers and longer ring endurance flows.

Experienced prerequisite: 5-10 strong pullups, 5-10 strong dips.

Core Conditioning

The core runs much deeper than the physical aesthetics of the abs. This class will teach you how to properly train your core from the pelvis to the ribcage with a series of mobility and strength drills. Using your bodyweight and kettlebells, you’ll soon see an improvement in your balance, endurance, posture and all-round performance.
