Marion Pearce

Katonah

I was born in Burgundy, but have built my home in London for the last 10 years. Whilst being a master instructor at Psycle London, teaching cycle and yoga before breakfast for over 5 years. I have mentored instructors, taught in leading studios and on transformative health retreats in Europe.

My classes are a unique blend of Vinyasa and Katonah yoga, a methodology for self-realisation. You’ll work hard and you’ll hear the theory, you’ll use yoga blocks and blankets like you’ve never used them before, plus you’ll get the Katonah adjustments. I love changing how people like to do things, giving them rad tools to renovate bodies and minds, ready to flood their days with not normal energy.

Class Description

Katonah Yoga

Katonah Yoga is a communal experience that fuses Taoist philosophy with the pattern work of classical geometry to develop stability and dimension. Created by Nevine Michaan in the US and fast gaining popularity here in the UK, classes include lots of props, light breathwork and the use of metaphors to add grace to your effort. Katonah Yoga teaches you practical techniques to take the guess work out rather than winging it, hoping for results.
