Hot 26&2

I have been doing yoga longer and more consistently than pretty much anything else in his life. I first started practising yoga in 2001 and attended the first of several yoga teacher trainings in 2009. I teach all kinds of yoga, including dynamic vinyasa and classic hot yoga, combining traditional teachings with a modern understanding of movement and anatomy. I also likes to spend much of his time upside down, and is happy to help anyone else who wants to spend their time that way too. I am a registered Senior Yoga Teacher.

That means that if you’re new to yoga you’ll get a lot out of it, and the more experienced you are, the more you’ll be able to refine your precision of alignment and intensity of effort.

The format is always the same, not only allowing your body to understand the movements over time, but for mind to reach a place stillness through ritual and breath.
