Vinyasa

This class offers a strong focus on the philosophical aspects of the practice. In Mona’s classes, you can expect a meaningful yoga experience that includes asana, pranayama, meditation, and self-reflection.

 

Open to all levels, this class offers physical variations for both the advanced and beginner student.

Foundations

Great for anyone who has ever felt a little lost or discombobulated in an open level flow class. This class is geared towards complete beginners, but it is also for anyone who wants to practise safely, strongly, and slowly.

 

You can expect to focus on alignment, moving with intention, and turning your attention to the breath throughout class. This class will  give you space to explore the connection between mind and body as you slow each movement down to get a proper understanding of the postures.

 

Although there will be opportunities to flow, expect to pause and ‘workshop’ the various components of the practice.

 

Suitable for everyone

Warm Vinyasa

This warm vinyasa class offers a strong focus on the philosophical aspects of the practice. Expect a meaningful yoga experience that includes asana, pranayama, and self-reflection.

 

Open to all levels, this class offers physical variations for both the advanced and beginner student.

  • 500HR Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher
  • Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP)
  • National Academy of Sports Medicine CPT
