4Beat

Before finding 4Beat and Ashtanga, Hot yoga was my first encounter with yoga, and what made me fall in love with the practice. Following the 4Beat method and infusing it with my passion for Ashtanga, in my classes you will experience a practice that is playful and open to all levels, whilst remaining true to tradition. Being an open-level practice, beginners and experienced practitioners have the opportunity to take it up or bring it down according to their needs.

Class Descriptions

4Beat Hot

Hot 4Beat is a dynamic vinyasa where the breath is synced to the slow, rhythmic beat of the music, with the added element of external heat by practicing it in a room at 38 degrees, 45 pc humidity.

 

While the practice format is still the same as classic 4Beat, the sequence is seamlessly adapted to respect the power of the heat, so that at the end of the practice you feel balanced both internally and externally.

 

4Beat+

4Beat+ is your classic 4Beat class, levelled up. The tempo rises, the flow gets stronger, and the inversions go bolder. Breath is still synced to the beat, and the sequencing remains creative, intuitive, and free. Expect an immersive, music-driven practice that builds heat, awareness, and fluid strength, as you move from grounded rhythm to dynamic inversions with control and confidence.

 

For practitioners who want to move, sweat, and play at the edge of their practice.
