Rebekah Jade

Vinyasa Flow

My classes balance strength and stillness, offering a powerful yet accessible practices for both seasoned yogis and newcomers. I invite curiosity in practice, weaving together asana, pranayama, philosophy, and meditation around a central theme to encourage a deeper connection to yourself and to yoga’s roots.

With a background in medicine, I specialise in yoga and breathwork techniques that support nervous system regulation, athletic recovery, and deep rest. As the founder of Pana (wearepana.com) – a yoga community centring the African Diaspora and allies – I am dedicated to making wellbeing more inclusive by celebrating and uplifting Black culture and health.

My sessions are a warm invitation to rejuvenate the body, calm the mind, and restore energy – ideal for anyone seeking to unwind, recharge, or explore a fresh approach to wellbeing.
