Dynamic Vinyasa for All Bodies


If you’ve ever felt left out of a yoga class, like yoga wasn’t really for your body, we hear you. This is a dynamic vinyasa flow class that will offer you options, variations and help you explore the yoga practice, making it work for YOUR body. Taught in an inclusive way that will encourage you to adapt the practice to fit your body (not the other way around!), this class will create a supportive, inclusive space for you to practice. Because yoga really is for all bodies.


Suitable for all levels.



The practice draws on yin teachings as well as including elements of meditation and breathwork. The postures will be mostly floor-based and the class will be taught in an inclusive, supportive way, offering you variations and helping you adapt the poses to work for your body. Because all bodies deserve rest.
