I qualified in 2009 and has taught pretty much every day since. In 2015 I completed my Advanced Personal Training with the YMCA. Sindy strongly believes you should practice what you preach. To continue to grow as a teacher, you must keep your practice up as well as continue to study your craft. In 2016, I completed my 500-hour advanced yoga teacher training with one of my beloved teachers, Stewart Gilchrist.

Class Description

Hot 26&2

The original hot yoga class comprises of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises.

 

Focused particularly on strengthening and improving the health of the spine, this is therapeutic class is accessible for everyone. That means that if you’re new to yoga you’ll get a lot out of it, and the more experienced you are, the more you’ll be able to refine your precision of alignment and intensity of effort.

 

The format is always the same, not only allowing your body to understand the movements over time, but for mind to reach a place stillness through ritual and breath.
