Stewart is a senior registered yoga teacher with more than 20 years teaching experience. His classes are dynamic, challenging, and innovative. Stewart’s high energy, radical classes are peppered with humour, philosophy, politics and physical adjustments. The emphasis is on the breath, and he applies the original teachings of yoga to the modern world. The result? A thought-provoking class. He teaches dhyana (meditation,) mantra (chant,) asana (posture) and pranayama (breathing.)
The class includes a Vinyasa Krama practice that maintains a regular sequence over a period of time to offer the practitioner the opportunity to progress and develop incrementally.
