4Beat

An Indian raised in Sweden, I initially turned to yoga for its physical benefits, however, with consistent practice, I discovered that yoga transformed not just my body but my entire life, reconnecting him with his Eastern heritage.

Since 2017, I have been sharing the wisdom and techniques of yoga, hoping others will experience its profound benefits for the body, mind and spirit. In my classes, you can expect a holistic fusion of traditional yoga principles and mindfulness, seamlessly integrated into the modern world.

Class Descriptions

4Beat

4BEAT is a dynamic vinyasa yoga where the breath is synced to the slow, regular beat of the music: a moving meditation. It is a sequence, a flow of asana (postures) but also a community founded by Marcus Veda with Mission in London as a truly mixed level practice, where adventurous beginners move as one with frequent flyers. This synergy of breath, music and movement creates union, the sense of being part of something larger – what yoga is all about.

4Beat Focus

A 60min power hour class taught with a different theme each month. As well as aligning the breath to the slow, regular beat of the music, each class will have an additional focus point relating to asana, pranayama, or yoga philosophy. The focus point will change each month, helping to simplify core elements of the practice for curious 4Beat beginners while honing the skills of experienced practitioners, as well as teachers looking for inspiration.

All levels welcomed, from curious beginners to seasoned 4Beat yogis and teachers
