Treat(ment) yourself

March sees the launch of Mission Treatments — our newest offering to the community that starts with Physiotherapy, Reflexology, Energy Healing, Sports Massage and Craniosacral Therapy. Over the coming weeks, we will add to our list of services, including facials and other massages. Our treatments can help with injuries that might occur simply walking down the stairs or from that one chaturanga that just went wrong. Our treatments can be deeply relaxing, but they can also be incredibly moving and profound.

We have carefully selected therapists with the highest pedigree and reputation. Sarah Milner is an experienced Physiotherapist and former semi-professional footballer who works with actors, athletes, circus performers and desk sitters to fix simple and complex injuries. She was recommended to us by Jermaine Straker and the Cali Kulture teachers and students — Sarah is their go-to physio to keep our athletes in tip-top shape.

Many of you know Sivaroshan Sahathevan well already — he is our Kundalini Yoga teacher, and is also a well-known Energy Healer and Numerologist who can help unblock stuck energy patterns, revealing the blueprint of your life according to the day that you were born.

We are also excited to offer you Reflexology with Cordelia Bugeja – a Reflexologist with more than 13 years of experience applying gentle (and sometimes firm, very firm) pressure to specific points on the feet to induce relaxation, provide relief from pain, and help with fertility and pregnancy issues.

Finally, we have Claudio Astuto, a Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist, as well as a Craniosacral Therapist. He helps seasoned athletes and weekend joggers with general muscular problems to stop them from developing into bigger issues. As a Craniosacral Therapist, Claudio’s approach is gentle and non-invasive, and he works with everyone from newborns to the elderly, working with birth trauma and illness to bring about healing.

Come feel the “Ahhhhhh!”
