Join Kino MacGregor and Tim Feldmann for a full week of practice, learning, and community. Each morning begins with Mysore-style practice, followed by afternoon workshops designed to deepen your philosophical and technical understanding of Ashtanga Yoga, refine your hands-on adjusting skills, and strengthen the connection between body, mind, and spirit.

 

Taken as a whole, the immersion will spark the fire for practice, method and lineage of Ashtanga Yoga.

Ashtanga Yoga Led Full Primary Series & Conference:
Step onto your mat and immerse yourself in the complete Ashtanga primary series practice with Kino and Tim. Let your breath guide you through the dynamic flow of sun salutations, standing asanas, seated poses, twists, and backbends, culminating in the traditional finishing sequence. This practice is more than just movement—it’s a journey of self-discovery. Explore the true meaning of the practice with a dharma talk from Kino and Tim. Bring your questions for further understanding. Explore the deeper philosophical teachings of Ashtanga, leaving you not only physically energised but spiritually uplifted.

 

Mysore Style Ashtanga Yoga:
The traditional Mysore-style setting where you will receive one-on-one guidance within the group practice. Named after the city in India where Ashtanga Yoga was first developed, this is is the classic way Ashtanga Yoga is taught. Build your relationship with yourself, your practice and your teacher in this inspiring energy. All levels welcome.

Functional Anatomy & Movement Mechanics

Twists

Twists can both energize and detoxify. In this session, we explore how to access depth without strain and how to give safe, supportive assists that enhance stability and freedom in the spine.

Flexibility for Yogis

Saturday August 1st: 12.00-2.00pm

Targeted flexibility training to safely open hips, hamstrings, shoulders, and spine. A complement to strength training, this session helps you find balance between effort and ease.

Meditation & Yin Yoga
